• Job Cards: If a user orders a single part in then decides to return that part via the (Receive Good in) process, GS should have been deleting the part line in question automatically because it wasn’t GS was presenting inflated Job Card & Invoices totals), now fixed
  • Job Cards: If a user orders more than one of the same part in then decides to return one of them via the (Receive Good in) process, the stock level and quantity correctly adjusted on the job card but unfortunately the totals didn’t, now fixed (Not effecting Invoice totals)
  • Job Cards: Currently the Hours Charged column on a Job Card allows users to enter hours with (4 decimal places) the problem with that is the invoice (rounds down or up) to 2 decimal places hence the creating a difference in totals. We have now limited the Hours Charged column on a Job Card to 2 decimal places
  • Job Cards: If a Part lookup is performed on a stocked part the stocked tick-box will automatically become ticked, however if a part number entered (and no part lookup is performed) when the user ticks the, stocked tick-box GS would throw up an “Part not found” message, now fixed
