• Reception / Unfinished Jobs: Label change (Move Selected Jobs) renamed to (Move Selected Jobs to Today)
  • Reception / Unfinished Jobs: When the last 7 days (inc today) is chosen a list of jobs (6 days in the past) and (jobs for today) will be displayed. If all tasks are then moved to today the grid now clear rather than redraws to reinforce that the move has actually taken place.
  • Job Cards / Status bug found: When a Job Card with a quoted part was finished all quoted parts on all job cards got their status changed from (Price Quoted)  to th incorrect status of (Order Placed) now fixed now changing to (Item Received).
  • Job Cards: Autodata Bug: What was meant to happen was when one or more (Autodata Repair-time) operations are added to a job card and the selection contained multiple parts all the parts should been added to the job card.  What actually happened was only one part was being added to the job card, the reason for this was not all the parts selected in the original Repair time operation found a match to a valid generic part description by the web service, now fixed..
  • Job Cards / Advice Note: Now no longer assumes you what to subtract from the Job column when entering values in either the, Stock, Returns, Backorder, or Cancel columns. Instead GS validates the part line quantities when the Advice Note is Confirmed rather than trying to do it dynamically per column change
  • Invoices: It is now possible if required to Hide advisories on an invoice
  • Invoices: We have always stopped users from paying a invoice with a negative total, now we also stop users from publishing any invoices with a negative total
  • Invoices: It is now possible to include the (tyre grid & car picture) currently available on a Job Card on a Invoice print out
  • Purchases: Since v4.2.11.0 it has been found that GS has not been handling Part Payments on Purchases correctly however full payment are OK, now fixed
  • Staff Week View: We now allow users to choose their own colours for Staff Diary Events i.e. (red for sickness, purple for holidays)
  • Reports / Staff Charged Report: When the (Staff Scheduling Warnings) are disabled in System Setup GSOneStop correctly uses the Opening Hours to calculate Non Productive Hrs is the (Staff Charged Report) however when (Staff Scheduling Warnings) are enabled GSOneStop should use the total hours for a day specified is a mechanics Staff Session Profile to calculate Non Productive Hrs is the (Staff Charged Report) it didn’t, it does now.
